About

Cicero East School was built in the year 1913 by architect GW Ashby. Ashby designed a number of schools throughout Cicero, Berwyn and Stickney.

It was originally named Cicero School, before the construction of Cicero West School.
Cicero East currently serves grades 4-6 and has an approximate student population of 900 students.
The school mascot is a Wolf.

The mission of Cicero East School is to provide a positive learning environment in which our staff, parents, students and community promote academic excellence and personal well-being.

Vision: Cicero East collaborates to inspire every student to become a self-motivated lifelong learner, who maximizes his or her abilities to be a productive citizen in society. Cicero East School is invested in the future.

Cicero East Fun Facts:

1. Cicero West Eagles become Cicero East Wolves.
2. Cicero East's past mascot was the Chief.
3. In 100 years, Cicero East has had less than 15 principals.
