Students

All students at Liberty Elementary School are enrolled in classes full-time. Liberty Elementary School services students in the general education setting, the self-contained special education setting, and out-of-district setting. Liberty currently has 565 students enrolled in 27 different classrooms in Kindergarten through 3rd Grade. There is one Co-taught classroom at each grade level. There are two full-time licensed teachers in each of the Co-taught classrooms.

Students are taught the following subjects: Math, Reading, Science, Social Studies, PE & Health, Art, Music, Computers, and Media. Science and Social Studies are each taught twice a week. Health and our Social Emotional curriculum (Second Step) is taught one time per week.

Our Literacy curriculum is called ReadyGen and is published by Pearson.
Our Math curriculum is called Investigations 3 and is developed by a non-profit organization that focuses on mathematics, science, and technology education and is published by Pearson.
Our Science curriculum is published by TCI.
