LINCOLN LIONS NEWSCAST

Ms. Fazzini and some of our 6th grade students have started our first Lincoln Lions Newscast here at Lincoln School! They will be providing our Lincoln School Community with information on upcoming events here at Lincoln School and in District 99 as well as news on sporting events, the local weather and much more!

LINCOLN STUDENTS ARE LEADERS OF THEIR OWN LEARNING!

On Wednesday, September 20, 2017, our students presented their Student Data Notebooks to their parents! What a wonderful way for our students to become leaders of their own learning and practice reflecting on their learning experiences in preparation for their Student Led Conferences.

Student School Uniform

All students in grades K-8 are expected to wear uniforms.

  • Students shall wear a plain, solid, gray shirt with a collar, or gray collared shirt with district logo only. Shirts may be long or short sleeved.
  • Plain, solid navy blue or gray sweaters or sweatshirts without hoods are allowed. Uniform shirt must be worn under these items and collar must be visible.
  • Shoes must be solid black, gray, white or brown or a combination of these colors.

Student of the Month Recognition

We will be recognizing students from every classroom, each month, who have gone above and beyond academically and socially, with a Student of the Month award. Teachers choose students who are respectful, responsible and safe each and every day.

Here are our Students of the Month for the month of September! Congratulations to all of our students!

Student Attendance Recognition

Student attendance is very important to us here at Lincoln School. We want all of our students in school every day so they don't miss out on the wonderful learning opportunities they are provided with.

This year we will be recognizing students with perfect attendance, almost perfect attendance and students with improved attendance.

Students with perfect attendance for the month of September will be receiving a marroon ribbon to wear on their lanyard.

We also recognize our classrooms with the highest percentage of perfect attendance each month with a Go Noodle party, snacks and a visit from our mascot Roary!
