For CURRENT D99 students returning for the 2020-2021 school year

Online Re-Enrollment Dates:

May 18- June 5

STEP 1

Receive an email or text message on May 18 with a link to access a SchoolMint account that was created for you by D99

STEP 2

Complete the digital re-enrollment packet for the 2020-2021 school year

STEP 3

Parents will receive a confirmation that their re-enrollment has been verified by the school

STEP 4

School administrative staff will place students into a class and update information on PowerSchool for next year

Registration for full-day kindergarten

has moved online!

Only children who will be 

5 years of age on or before Sept. 1, 2020 

will be eligible for enrollment in kindergarten

Parents or legal guardians must complete registration

Registering in a timely manner is recommended to assure that your child attends their home school

Kindergarten students are required to wear uniforms


 

Required Documentation

Original Birth Certificate (from the state in which the child was born)

FIVE (5) proofs of residency within school boundaries with parents name and current address

*Proofs must be no more than 30 days old

All incoming kindergarten students must have a complete Illinois State Physical Examination, which includes:

Lead Screen Test with Results

Immunizations

Complete Eye Exam and Dental Exam

Remote Summer School

District 99's Summer School program integrates math, reading, technology and other subject areas.

MONDAY-FRIDAY

JUNE 15- JULY 10

8:30 A.M. - noon

Registration for the 2020 remote summer school program is now closed

 

Every student who registers is

REQUIRED

to attend classes daily for the duration of the program and

MUST WEAR SCHOOL UNIFORMS

School bus transportation will be provided for students who live more than

1.5 MILES

from the summer school site

FREE BREAKFAST

will be provided to students each day
