Our department is responsible for maintaining the core technical infrastructure that supports district-wide communication, security, and day-to-day operations.   • Out Of District Student Chromebook Form

    Use this form to notify our tech team when a student is transferring out of the district. Once submitted, a technician will be scheduled to collect the student’s device from your building and return it to inventory.

  • Chromebook Loan Agreement

    This form must be completed by parents or guardians to acknowledge and agree to the district’s policies for student use of a Chromebook and charger. It outlines responsibilities, usage guidelines, and expectations for care, return, or replacement of the device.

  • Hotspot Lending Agreement

    This form must be completed by parents or guardians to receive a district-issued hotspot for student use. It outlines the rules for proper use, care, and return of the device, including responsibilities in the case of damage, loss, or change in enrollment.
