There's a special kind of magic in our community this time of year — the kind that brings families together, sparks imagination, and fills our town with laughter and creativity. Over the last few days, we've seen that magic on full display.

Last night, President Larry Dominick & the Board of Trustees welcomed thousands of families to the Community Center for an unforgettable Trick-or-Treat celebration. Smiling faces, overflowing candy buckets, and endless costumes — it was everything Halloween should be. Cicero District 99 was proud to join our town departments and local partners in making the night truly special.

Then the night before, Roosevelt Elementary kept the fun going with a Family Halloween Lotería Night — and if you were there, you know the joy in that room was something you could feel. Parents, students, and staff came together to share moments, make memories, and celebrate the spirit of the season as one big family.
And today, the excitement continues across all of our schools as students parade through hallways, show off their clever costumes, and enjoy festive classroom celebrations.
