Cicero District 99 is dedicated to the safety, wellbeing, and success of every student. District policies + state and federal laws ensure all children have access to free, high quality public education — regardless of immigration status, identity, or background.

District 99 does not ask for immigration info when enrolling a student, and immigration status will never impact the education or support a child receives. Student records are kept confidential and are only shared with parent/guardian consent or a lawful court order. Immigration or law enforcement personnel must present a valid judicial warrant before entering District property.

We remain committed to a supportive, professional, and safe learning environment for all. Families needing assistance are encouraged to reach out to our counselors, social workers, and psychologists for support.
