👴CLASS OF 2026 OR 1926? GOODWIN ELEMENTARY CELEBRATES 100 DAYS OF SCHOOL👵
Today, the halls of Goodwin School briefly bent time.Â
Our Kindergarten and 1st Grade classrooms celebrated the 100th Day of School, and suddenly we were surrounded by tiny humans dressed as 100-year-olds — complete with glasses, gray hair, and the kind of wisdom you only earn after counting to 100... very carefully.
The day was filled with big laughs, bigger imaginations, and projects that turned numbers into magic — counting, coloring, building, and proudly reaching that incredible milestone: 100 days of learning, growing, and showing up.
There's something powerful about watching kids celebrate progress this way. A reminder that learning isn't just about getting to the end — it's about honoring every step along the way. Even the ones that take 100 tries.
If you need a little joy, this is it. If you need hope for the future, it's walking our hallways in Velcro shoes and oversized glasses.
Happy 100th Day of School, Cicero District 99 — you've officially aged like fine applesauce 💯
