🍀NOT SO LUCKY: WILSON KINDERGARTENERS OUTSMARTED BY A LEPRECHAUN (AGAIN!) 😄

Posted Date: 03/17/26 (10:10 AM)

Kindergarteners at Wilson Elementary School set out on a very important mission... to catch a leprechaun. Armed with creativity, determination, and some very clever taps, they truly believed yesterday would be the day they'd succeed.

But as it turns out... that sneaky little leprechaun had other plans.

When students arrived, they discovered complete chaos — tiny footsteps, glittering mischief, and a classroom turned upside down! Chairs were out of place, supplies were scattered, and mysterious green footprints let us on a trail of trouble. He even left messages scribbled across windows and mirrors... as if to say, "Nice try!"

And yes... even the toilet water was green. You read that right.

Despite the leprechaun's tricks, the day was filled with laughter, imagination, and pure childhood joy. Students celebrated with festive activities, colorful St. Patrick's Day creations, sweet treats, and bowls of Lucky Charms — because even when you don't catch the leprechaun, you can still celebrate the magic he brings.

While this year's class didn't quite capture him, they proved something even more special: curiosity, creativity, and a whole lot of heart.

Maybe next year's kindergarteners will have better luck... but something tells us that clever little leprechaun will be ready. 😉

Happy St. Patrick's Day from our classrooms to yours! 🌈
