Today, Cicero District 99 celebrates the people who lead, guide, and lift others every single day — our coaches!

Not only our athletic coaches — the ones who stay late after school, shaping young athletes and teaching lessons that go far beyond the game — but also our instructional coaches, who make an equally powerful impact inside our classrooms.

Every school in our district has building coaches who partner with teachers and administrators to bring out the best in our students. And beyond that, we have district-wide coaches who guide our staff in literacy, math, multilingual learning, early childhood, special education, technology, mental health, and MTSS.

Whether it's on the field, in the gym, or in the classroom — coaching is about seeing potential before anyone else does, and helping others see it too.

Today we celebrate every coach who gives their time, their heart, and their wisdom so that others can grow. Because in Cicero District 99, coaching isn't just something we do — it's part of who we are.
