At Cicero District 99, we believe in the power of athletics to inspire, develop teamwork, and create lasting memories. Our programs offer a range of opportunities for students to compete, stay active, and grow — both on and off the field.

We offer competitive team sports for our Unity Junior High School students, providing them opportunities to develop skills, compete, and represent Tiger pride.

Our after-school intramural program is open to all 5-8 graders, offering a fun, inclusive environment where students can participate in various sports, build friendships, and stay active.

During the summer, we host sports camps designed for 4-8 graders, giving students a chance to improve their athletic abilities, learn new skills, and have fun in a structured setting. 

From beginners to experienced athletes, our programs are designed to encourage participation, develop skills, and foster a love for the game. No matter where you start, there’s a place for you!

Incoming 4-8 Graders Can Choose From One Of The Following Sports:

Clyde Park Soccer League

Clyde Park Soccer LeagueAll kids ages 3-18 can join the excitement:

Registration Begins: Monday, June 2

Registration Ends: Saturday, July 12

 

💰 Cost: $50 (In-District) | $65 (Out-of-District) | $10 Late Fee | Only cash or personal checks accepeted

Practices begin in mid-late July. Birth certificate and parent or legal guardian photo ID required for registration.

Boys Soccer

Tryouts begin the first week of school, and the season runs from September through November.

Boys Basketball

Tryouts start in mid-October, and the season runs from November to January.

Boys Volleyball

Tryouts start in mid-February, and the season runs from March to May.

Girls Soccer

Tryouts start in mid-February, and the season runs from March to May.

Girls Basketball

Tryouts begin the first week of school, and the season runs from September through November.

Girls Volleyball

Tryouts start at the end of November, and the season runs from January to March.

Co-Ed Dance

Tryouts begin the 2nd week of school. Season runs September–January, with performances at all home basketball games, school events, and town parades

Co-Ed Cross Country

Tryouts start the 2nd week of school, and the season runs from September through November.

Co-Ed Wrestling

Tryouts start at the end of November, and the season runs from January to March.

Co-Ed Bowling

Tryouts start at the end of January, and the season runs from February to April.

Co-Ed Track & Field

Tryouts start at the end of February, and the season runs from March through May.

Co-Ed Softball

Tryouts start at the end of February. The season runs March–May, with all games played at Janura Park in Berwyn.

Special Olympics

Year round sports including basketball, bowling, track & field, and soccer — proudly competing downstate, bringing home lots of gold, silver & bronz
